Private Amber Marshall Meet & Greet Event Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Amber Marshall Meet & Greet (the “Event”) and are an agreement between the Liberty Festival, the ILHA and you. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms. Please see Section 12 for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in these Terms.

1. Eligibility:
Attendance at the Amber Marshall Meet & Greet is limited to ticket holders who possess either a General Admission or VIP ticket to the Liberty Festival. Only ticket holders will be granted access to the event.

2. Ticket Purchase:
Tickets for the Amber Marshall Meet & Greet are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. All ticket purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason.

3. Meet & Greet Details:
The Amber Marshall Meet & Greet will take place at the Liberty Festival in the Liberty Lounge at the Alltech Arena on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Each ticket holder will have the opportunity to take a photo with Amber Marshall and receive her autograph.

4. Accompaniment:
Parents wishing to purchase tickets for their children may do so and can accompany them to the meet and greet. However, only the ticket holder will be eligible to receive a photo and autograph with Amber Marshall.

5. Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards Amber Marshall and all event staff. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Liability Waiver:
By attending the Amber Marshall Meet & Greet, attendees release the Liberty Festival, the International Liberty Horse Association (ILHA) and its affiliates from any liability for personal injury or loss of personal property that may occur during the event.

7. Changes to Event:
The ILHA reserves the right to modify or cancel the event, including changes to the schedule, location, and participants, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, refunds will not be issued.

8. Agreement to Terms:
By purchasing a ticket for the Amber Marshall Meet & Greet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
