- Entries OPEN Monday, September 20 - All ILHA members will receive an email with a link to the registration page when entries open – it will also be shared on the ILHA website & social media platforms.
- Entries CLOSE Friday, October 1
- Must enter by Friday, October 1
- Have 1 full week to film & submit patterns
- Show STARTS Saturday, October 9 at 1:00am EST
- Show CLOSES Friday, October 15 at 5:00pm EST
- MUST film and submit all entries when the show is open – cannot film them prior to Saturday, October 9 at 1:00am EST
- All entries must be submitted by Friday, October 15 5:00pm EST
- All entries will be posted on the ILHA website for public to watch on Saturday, October 16
- Freestyle will be shared as a Vimeo & YouTube video with scores on Sunday, October 17
- Awards Ceremony & results from all classes will be posted Sunday, October 17 after the Freestyle Video

- Placings from ALL of the classes in the Championship show will be posted on Sunday, October 17 at the end of the Freestyle Show

- Paid warm-ups will be available throughout the weekend

- There are several RV & Trailer Camping options in and around Lexington, KY. The Kentucky Horse Park also has RV & camping hookup available at the KHP Campground. Costs

$45/class entry fee for all classes except FREESTYLE (unlimited entries)
$80/ Freestyle entry fee (includes Compulsory Class & Freestyle Performance)
Stalls KHP (Kentucky Horse Park)
$50/night
- Includes $12/day KHP horse facility usage fee
- Does not include bedding
Ship-In (trailering horses in & out each day)
$12/day KHP horse facility usage fee
$10/trailer/day fee
Freestyle
- Compulsories will take place on Friday, October 22
- Freestyle Performances will take place Saturday evening, October 23 (exact time and show schedule will be announced after entries close October 1)
- Class Placings & Awards will take place throughout the weekend
- Placings from ALL of the classes will be posted on the ILHA website as they become available
Judging will take place live during each class throughout the weekend.
If you are interested in Judging at the ILHA In-Person show you must be a current carded ILHA Judge.
